1.01 Female Brain and Male Brain
It is very problematic to divide humans into two types, female and male, based on the difference in genitalia. As the recent LGBT issue shows, the essential answer is which way the heart is going. The women and men shown in this report are not necessarily related to the presence or absence of biological genitalia. Naturally, due to the influence of hormones brought about by the reproductive organs, the proportion of Homo sapiens with ovaries has a female brain, and Homo sapiens with testes has a male brain. This hormone is most affected when the fetus is in the mother’s womb, and the fetus with the male brain is exposed to intense male hormones for a long time. When the female disappears, the male changes into a female and some organisms begin to produce offspring. The reason why males are born is that they need disposable, short-term organisms as a group, so to speak, that generate a variety of offspring, give one of them a chance to survive against bacterial infections and environmental changes in the group, and that they themselves fight and bring food and other spoils into the group.
Thus, humans with male brains excel at certain tasks (hunting and fighting skills), while humans with female brains have the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time (group maintenance ability). It is a common perception that it is excellent. However, as soon as an infant is born, he or she begins to receive milk from his mother, and from that point the growth of the third brain begins. Just as this mother’s religious views and lifestyle cover the second brain, which is the biological brain necessary for survival, the third brain develops and the male brain also creates a mind. It is only natural that the more advanced the education society, the more the male brain becomes the female brain. However, if children who do not receive any education or protection grow up as they are, they will end up with what is called in Japan, “girls play with dolls under trees, and boys play toy gun.” It is the same all over the world, and on the contrary, Japan is one of the few countries with advanced education where the male brain has become the female brain.
What I would like to say out loud here is that in recent years, Japan the increase in the number of herbivorous men and the feminization of men have become problems, but although the birth rate may decrease somewhat, it is very desirable that the male brain (second brain), which enjoys fighting and slaughter as a sport, will become a female brain.
On the other hand, in recent years, the emphasis on diversity and equality between men and women has been emphasized, and even research papers have begun to publish that there is no difference between the male and female brains. However, if we face reality, there is a clear difference in the thinking of men and women. 1.02 Games that have a strong influence on the male brain: Go, Shogi, and War

In the amateur world, there are so many women that it seems that there are so many women who play Go and Shogi (although most of them are “just watching”), but there are surprisingly few women in this professional Go player. In the world of professional go, about 1~2% are women, but in the world of professional shogi, there are none at all. There was also a chance to create a female professional shogi player with this step, but despite the fact that most shogi fans are looking forward to it, it was not possible this year.
It is sometimes pointed out that the reason for the lack of female professional shogi players is that there are few articles that mention historical, cultural, and social factors, and that there are not enough role models, that is, there are few role models for young women to enter the world of shogi, and there is a lack of motivation to take on challenges. However, all of them seem to miss the mark. In short, I think that Go and Shogi are not interesting games for ordinary women. On the other hand, why are people with male brains more interested in Go and Shogi? AI uses deep learning (*) to analyze past game records to calculate which move has the highest probability of winning, and points to the move with the highest value. Therefore, the AI is so quick to say “Are you making fun of me? “There are also many moves that make opponents resentful. At the end of the game, there are a lot of moves, and human players get lost, and most of them can’t beat the AI. The AI is not looking for the opponent’s weaknesses, it is just calculating, but the calculation speed is much faster than AI. However, it is interesting to note that in recent years, there have been many cases of semi-professional players who aim to become professional players winning against AI. Of course, there is no “game record” because it is officially prohibited to compete with AI, but the information that everyone wants to know about how to beat AI is flowing. They all have their own characteristics, and they all win in the hands of “”. As expected, in the case of Go, there is no detail of the hand because there is an absolute rule of the beautiful way of the player, but in the case of shogi, it is a hand that says, “Well, there is”, and if you consider it carefully, it is “disgusting” and there is no beautiful hand. AI is extremely strong against “tricks” and “bluffs” (there are always hundreds of thousands of stations), so AI is unlikely to get caught. 1.03 Oedipus Complex
In the previous chapter, I mentioned that Homo sapiens with a male brain considered war to be a “man’s sport,” and I would like to outline it in the Oedipus complex, which is the content of the first lecture in cultural anthropology, which is unavoidable due to the relationship between the male brain and war. It is a compulsory liberal arts subject at most universities, so I think that quite a few people have knowledge, but I dare to mention it. Taboo
A taboo is an action, word, or object that is prohibited in a particular society or culture. These are supposed to be avoided for social or religious reasons, and breaking them can entail strong condemnation and penalties. Because taboos vary from time to time and culture to culture, behaviors that are normal in other cultures may be taboo in another.

1.04 War will not go away as long as there is a male brain
It is often said that “who wants to start a war?”, but the male brain always tries to take its friends along the line of “let’s all fight together”. Even in children’s TV programs, “Let’s unite and fight to protect the earth~” and “Wow~” are often done in anime. Don’t think of this as an anime thing. The male brain reacts when his child is in danger. He reacts to his wife’s crisis and to his family. According to AI, “The reasons why a powerful man starts a war are complex and many factors are intertwined,” but in fact, it is simple: “A young man with a burning sense of justice confronts the enemy alone to help those in need.” A war can be waged by one person. The male brain always wants to fight.
I’m very sorry for my own example, but my brother is a “genius who can recognize a self-proclaimed genius.” And in my brother’s opinion, I’m a genius, and in that sense, I have an absolute obligation to support the whole family. Therefore, since I was a child, I have not been allowed to make any errors, and I have been slapped for making errors in baseball and for not getting 100 points on a test. “What is this that supports the family?” he yells at and slaps me. This tendency is very common in people with male brains, and it is not at all unjust to those in power who wage war, but to act in war because they are loving.
The question is, how can a righteous man stop a war that he has started because of his outpouring of love? A war can be started by one person, but a ceasefire must involve a ridiculously large number of people. That’s the crux of what this blog is about: Norway manages the war with a female brain. 1.05 As long as there is a female brain, trouble will not go away
Here, I mentioned the female brain, but since the male brain appeared in the previous chapter, I said the female brain correspondingly, and the female brain means the human brain, including the general male brain. Homo sapiens with this human brain are born with a biological program installed in the body.
This human biological program has almost certainly been activated by fatigue (fatigue associated with activity) and aging (cellular deterioration over time) and eventual death. There are organisms that will continue to live forever if the environment does not change, but since the environment is constantly changing, those immortal creatures will also die due to environmental changes. A typical immortal organism is “cancer cells created by humans themselves”. However, these cancer cells are very gluttonous and must eat 6 to 10 times more sugar than normal cells to continue living. In addition, it is known that administering weakening drugs causes fatigue. Interestingly, sperm produced by the testes that secrete male hormones is also one of the immortal creatures. Proliferating cells that produce sperm are normal cells that cause fatigue and aging, so they deteriorate with age, but the sperm produced is young sperm no matter how many men there are. It has been reported that the length of the inactive DNA at the end of the DNA, called the terramere, affects the cell division, but it is also an unsolved problem at present.
This biological program that “humans will die someday (about 100 years)” creates an advantage for humanity that it will not last more than 100 years no matter what kind of tyrant or dictator appears, and at the same time, it can be seen that dying organisms are resistant to environmental changes. Immortal organisms have a very high probability of dying out in one fell swoop due to a single cause (DNA is not dispersed, and it is easy to form one and the same group), while organisms that always die someday leave a variety of offspring and increase the probability that someone will survive no matter what environmental changes occur. However, on the other hand, as described in Richard Dawkins’ “Selfish Gene”, it seems that “bullying” and “jealousy” cannot be erased from Homo sapiens, which has a human brain.
This “bullying” and “jealousy” strengthens solidarity within the group, but also causes friction between other groups. Therefore, in the human organism, troubles do not disappear. Since “bullying” is built into the human biological program, it is impossible to eliminate “bullying” unless humanity disappears. Since it is a biological program, the problem is that it is a very normal behavior as a human being, and people who are “bullied” do not think that they are “bullied”. People who have been “bullied” usually say that they were just working hard to keep the group united and have fun. There was a junior high school student who committed suicide due to “bullying” in Kawasaki. The student who was allegedly “bullied” said during the interrogation, “I never bullied him. He was on me and having fun, he was happy,” she said.
When the joint activity begins, the biological program “bullying” begins to operate in any group. I feel that “bullying” is an indispensable program for human survival. I’ve been reading a magazine called “The Joy of Mathematics” for 10 years, and there was a story about “ants that don’t work” in the column series. Even hard-working ants work well in a group, 80% of them work well, but 20% do not work at all, and sometimes they interfere with the worker ants. This “bullying” of the human brain naturally works a little differently in the male brain. In a state where the third brain is underdeveloped, before the male brain grows socially, “bullying” is still a kind of sport. When the human brain realizes that the enemy is crying because it is inhibited, it means the safety of one’s own group, and it is satisfying. On the other hand, in the immature male brain, there is a period of troublesome state of “not being satisfied unless the enemy dies”, and the desire to kill remains in the subconscious even in adulthood, just as it reminds us of the time when war was a sport. Therefore, when the person who was “bullied” commits suicide, it is considered “successful”. However, the other male brains that are watching it will enjoy the male brain that drove them to suicide in the hope that they will be killed again in revenge for the suicide victim. It is said that the period during which the second brain of the male brain is active, such as war is a sport and killing each other is joy, is long or short depending on the parents’ awareness of life, but it has little to do with school education.
I’m very sorry that this is my own problem, but I was very “bullied” in elementary school and junior high school. Recently, the term “death from overwork” has come out that is beyond my comprehension. It is said that excessive working hours put a heavy burden on the body and mind, pressure at work, and mental loads, and they take their own lives because they cannot withstand the mental load. Why don’t you leave such a group? It may seem a little off topic, but it is often said around the world that Japan has achieved a miraculous recovery after the war. It’s not a miracle, it’s just the result of hard work. As a result of the war, the low-level layer disappeared considerably, and the postwar period came in a state of increased level, and as a result of the “surviving generation with high abilities and skills to feel sorry for the dead” working hard for reconstruction, Japan’s postwar reconstruction was only accelerated. Of course, it is true that the United States was complicit in all of the most costly military expenditures, and coincidentally in the vicinity of Japan, it was helped by the Korean War, which had a large amount of industrial products that Japan excelled in. Therefore, overtime work was a kind of longing, bringing dreams and income for tomorrow. In the recent “Showa boom”, there is often a scene where everyone is drinking “fruit milk, which looks like it is just a mixture of Watanabe’s juice and skim milk powder” after a public bath, but that was a “reward” for the workers who worked a lot of overtime to “work overtime and managed to meet the deadline”. Everyone looked at the drinkers with envy. Even in an era when monthly salaries are paid in 20 installments several times, it is impossible for work to end one’s life. It would be a shame to take one’s own life.
However, among them, those who emphasized the continuation of the “national defense” (a state system in which everyone is close to each other centered on the emperor) that had continued since before the war easily took their own lives under the reform of the system. I think that the spirit of national self-defense is the current death from overwork. The family is not one with the company, nor is it close. If you get tired, quit your job, protect your family. Why don’t you think again about what makes you happy and what makes you happy for your family?
I went to junior high school, which is commonly referred to as “cross-border admission,” and did not go to a designated junior high school. It was my mother’s consideration. However, the “bullying” started again, and even when I went to school, I was a truant student who read books on the riverbank. However, for some reason, mathematics, physics, chemistry, and technology were interesting and I listened to them “quietly in class.” At that time, as long as you had good grades on the exam, it didn’t matter whether you attended or not. In the summer of my third year of junior high school, the situation changed completely. We are now in an era where the level evaluation of junior high schools changes depending on how many students can be admitted to famous high schools. I was able to take “past questions” intensively in extracurricular classes, and I was able to go on to a preparatory school as planned in junior high school.
Since high school was a preparatory school, there was no “bullying” at all because the student’s goal was to go to university. I encountered a lot of chaos, such as the elimination of the University of Tokyo entrance examination due to university disputes, but I was able to enter a top university for the time being. What surprised me was when the classes were divided into different languages and I started talking to about 50 students. Many of them were truants in elementary school and junior high school. It is also the fact that many of them were “bullied”. On the other hand, if you are not a child who encounters “bullying”, you may not be able to enter a top university. I had a daughter, and as I expected, she was also bullied. I said, “You don’t have to go to school. It’s okay,” I told my wife with a laugh, but she was angry and appealed to the principal and the parents of the “bullied” child to prevent the recurrence of the “bullying”. The cause of the problem of “bullying” may be hindered by parents.
When a child is bullied at school, parents often yell at the teacher in charge. What they have in common is a one-sided statement that the child is acting correctly and sincerely, but there is a “person” who is “bullying” and the teacher is not giving any guidance. Usually such parents have problems, and of course their children have problems. As soon as the teacher starts talking about “Your child has a little problem ~”, some parents will yell at you. When you hear that there has been “bullying”, the first thing to do is to have the teacher explain, “It seems that my child has caused trouble, please tell us what the situation is”, and listen carefully to what the teacher says to understand the situation. In most cases, after consultation with the teacher, the problem can be alleviated at once if you take measures such as leaving the group or not going to school.
“Bullying” of schoolchildren and working adults can be solved by leaving the group, but the most serious case of “bullying” is “bullying” in the home of “daughter-in-law” and “mother-in-law”. It is a “bullying” within the same group, so to speak, it is a struggle for survival. Leaving the group is also very difficult in reality. Of course, there are cases of “male” vs. “female” or “male” vs. “male”, but overwhelmingly there is a lot of “bullying” in the case of “daughter-in-law” vs “mother-in-law”, and it is better to say that this is a “female brain” rather than a human brain. However, in the case of Japan, the problem is that the “female brain,” which should be the human brain, is pushed into the Taliban-type system because it is a woman, and because the system that favors the state of being pushed into it is spread over laws, tax systems, rules, wages, etc. (women also enjoy the preferential treatment system), it is a “female brain” that cannot act freely or come up with ideas. Therefore, the “daughter-in-law” vs. “mother-in-law” issue has become very serious, which will be discussed in a later chapter.
1.06 Probability and Statistical Lies
There is a reason why the topic of probability and statistics suddenly came up. I met the people I mentioned in the previous chapter who “bullied” me again for the first time in decades. For some reason, my mother was already a member of the Civil Welfare Committee. My mother asked me to follow her and wait for her because she needed to meet someone her age as me, but she was scared and could stay outside the front door. When I went with him, there was an old man who had “bullied” me in the past. My mother told me that she had come to investigate the application for public assistance, and she began to ask me questions for each item. But at one point, he said, “I’m not in trouble for money. I’m just saying that I can’t help it because you’re going to give me money,” and he “pretended not to be poor” and started to get angry. So I stepped in and said, “I know I have the money. However, if you find out that you have a little money, you are out in one shot! When I persuaded him that he should never say that he had money at the time of the city’s main examination, he said, “Oh, you used to play with each other ~, and if you say, I’ll do what you say.” I think that if there was only one case, such a thing could happen, but in the four years since then, more than 20 cases of exactly the same thing have happened. This group differed slightly in terms of marital status, whether or not they had children, and the state of their residence, but it was a situation that made me think that they were all androids born from the same parents or had the same DNA. In other words, there is no distribution or dispersion due to extreme bias. My mother was often involved in the trouble of “daughter-in-law” vs. “mother-in-law”. However, although there is a common point that there are many insidious “bullying” such as “When my family leaves the bath, the bath plug is pulled off and I can’t take a bath,” there is no bias in the manifestation of the situation. Why is it that the group of “bullies” in school is the same group even in old age? This distribution is not present in any statistical data, nor in statistical analysis. Therefore, it may be a human feeling that something is wrong, perhaps a bias in the biological program.
I am one of those who strongly disagree with making statistics a branch of mathematics. This is because it is a practical study without truth. Statistics makes inferences based on the assumption that the lie that all nature is distributed according to a normal distribution is true, and that all extreme data is also true (false). However, there is no doubt that statistics is a very useful tool in mathematics, because even if the assumption is wrong, if the conclusion derived from the assumption does not contradict the assumption, the conclusion is correct under the assumption.
Now, let’s talk a little bit about statistics. All statistics must be expressed numerically in the form of data. First of all, at the stage of reaching this number, an arbitrary conversion is performed.

It is difficult for the above groups to even formulate questions that create averages. Therefore, the question must be extremely arbitrary.

We assume that there are four types of answers: rich towns, high socities, salaryman cities, and slums, but if you don’t categorize them by number, you can expect to get various answers, such as Bill Gates, average annual salary, median, day laborer, etc. Even if you make such a clear division, if you don’t divide it by category, you won’t be able to make statistics because some people will even give an answer that is somewhere in between. Therefore, there are various methods of calculating the average value to show the actual situation of such a town. There is also an attempt to express the actual situation of the town by subtracting the extremely rich and the extremely poor population and averaging the remainder. In high school, the only things you learn are additive averages and multiplicative averages, and there are no averages other than additive averages that apply to grades.
Additive mean (Arithmetic average in English is correct, but in high school it is additive average)
(a + b)/n is the average when added together. It is the same as the “average” that we usually use to give the average score of a test. In the case of the normal average value, it is an additive average. It is a mass of lies because it calculates extreme data as correct. There have been many times when I’ve said, “What’s average?!”

Median: The value that sits in the middle when the data is sorted in ascending or descending order. If the number of data is odd, take the middle value, and if it is an even number, take the average of the two middle values.
Mode: The most frequent occurrence of the data.
Geometric mean: Found by the nth root of the product of data, especially when determining the average of growth rates and ratios.
Harmonic mean: Found by the reciprocal of the mean of the reciprocal of the data, and is used to find the average related to velocity, density, and so on.
Weighted average: Used to average data of different importances (weights).
In other words, the average value is determined by the senses of the person who compiles the statistics from the data situation. Since the calculation itself is mathematical, it is the statistics that really make you see, even though it is a lie derived from the senses. This is my own problem, and I am very sorry to say that, but when I was a researcher, the measurement data was quite different from the data I claimed, so I used to express this data in a small way and conducted an error analysis on a large scale, and the report was accepted. I was embarrassed and I don’t trust statistics anymore.

However, when I woke up in the morning and looked at the coastline from the top of the hill, it was “pitch black”, and if I looked closely, it was crowded. The crowd was people who went into the sea toward the horizon and sank to “relieve themselves”. By birth, their occupation is fixed, there is no competition for employment like in other countries, and it seems that life is easy with the ultimate work-sharing. The host served me a light-colored tea called Pico, which costs about 1 million yen per pot, and talked about horoscopes. According to the fortune telling, “My wife betrayed me, and eventually I will marry a woman from that country.” The average story of my town and the sense of life that relies on horoscopes for the future were all “pretty much like my head”.
It seems that the world is not suitable for the average no matter how you look at it, where you talk about the average value and discuss it. There are many countries like this in the world.
In TV commercials, etc., the most statistical terms appear in the whole? ? %. Customer satisfaction? %, pass rate?? %, and so on. How reliable is this? What they have in common is that there is no detail of the denominator (whole) in any case. Another statistical term that comes up frequently is “average” mentioned in the previous chapter.
Commercial providers (hereinafter referred to as; Provider) is often refuted (excuse) that they are only providing the information that the viewer wants, and the viewer is not asking for the overall detailed data.

Another thing I am sorry for myself is that I was managing a factory that was very power-hungry at the time. However, suddenly the chief electrical engineer of the factory left the company due to a mental illness. I was determined to hire a licensed person or borrow a license, but in the end it was decided to select from within the company, and I was nominated. I had some knowledge of electromagnetism, but I had no field experience or knowledge at all. However, what is surprising here is that this electrical management company has started recruiting students with the claim that “our special training electrical chief engineer training course, keeping other vocational schools at bay, and the pass rate is 75%”. It seems that quite a few students gathered in the first year, but I don’t know after that.

1.08 Probability for choosing future happiness
/Finally, the story of Norway came up. Statistics is a practical tool (practical science) like a lump of lies, but probability is mathematics without lies. It is said that Newton first began to study probability when he was asked by an aristocrat who liked to gamble if there was a way to win a dice game without hesitation.
This probability and statistics are like a juxtaposition of “truth and lies”, but they have very similar aspects and are closely related. It cannot be a continuous number connected by a discrete number. Therefore, it is not possible to make a line graph, but there are many things that are deliberately expressed as a line graph in order to make it intuitive and easy for people to understand.
And the most important meaning of probability and statistics is that they are essential tools for choosing for the future. In the case of individual people, there are “I want to be richer”, “I want to be more beautiful”, “I want to be healthier”, etc., and in the case of a nation, “I want to eliminate war” and “I want to be peaceful”. To get them, you need to choose what to do and which way is best. At that time, it is standard to choose the method with the highest probability of realization. It’s a bit problematic, but it’s standard to choose the method that you think is most efficient when choosing the method.
1.08a First, from the story of Newton’s dice,

The above is a normal distribution of school grades. This is the characteristic of numbers called discrete numbers. The above calculation of the μ (average) will still apply the additive average, no matter how biased the numbers are. If the four laws of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division can be done easily, then √ can be easily done and multiplication operations can also be done, so it was during this period that statistical thermodynamics, which was not interesting because it was only calculations, made dramatic progress.
1.08c Selection (for State)
It is probably only in Japan that there are no strategic research institutes (hereinafter referred to as “institutions”) in universities, private research institutes, or national public institutions. Most countries in the world use such institutions to determine their future policies. Interestingly, most of the results of these strategic studies are kept confidential, but the data is almost open. It is true that if you are compensated for damages for data, it is not accumulated. Only people with limited qualifications and guarantees are allowed to reprocess data on the condition that the name of the institute is not mentioned. Rather, I think the real intention is to use the data and have a lively discussion.
I’m very sorry about the choice (in the case of a country), but I used Norway. The reason is that my grandson family lives there, and it is easy to get real information, and the political and geographical situation in which Japan is located is similar. Nevertheless, the political “choice” method is the exact opposite of Japan, so it is a teacher when you say, “Then what should I do in Japan?”
For example, Norway is aiming for complete socialism. First of all, if you don’t get a national number, you can’t rent a house. When I become a Norwegian citizen, I look for a house. Once you find a suitable house, you will exchange a pre-contract survey form with the landlord and confirm your personal data access number. Personal data can be checked on both sides via the Internet. Personal data can be found in detail such as the tenant’s place of employment, annual income, divorce history, family structure, educational background, and work status, and will be open to even things that seem impossible in Japan. Data updates are required at least once a year. The landlord’s data includes address, educational background, annual income, divorce history, family structure, past troubles, and whether or not there is a sexual history, and the contract is mutually acceptable. I think you can understand a part of socialism that aims for trouble-free.
Japan and Norway are located on the eastern and western ends of the continent, and the area is about the same, and Norway is about 1/20 of Japan’s population, but they have a political and geographical commonality that their territory is occupied by Russia and it is not strange that they will be invaded at any time.
When implementing political choices, we start with data collection, but generally first look for the creditworthiness deviation value of a trustworthy institution. This tends to be an arbitrary normal distribution for each country, but we use data from research institutions within 2σ of the graph above. There is a reason why Norway chose the above six items from among the many options to reduce the probability of war. Because there is a reason that anyone can understand, and it is too obvious.
It is easy to estimate that 1) and 2) will be difficult to even start a war if the country is in a messed up state and there is no leader (90% no war). I often see descriptions of how Japan won the “Russo-Japanese War” in the Meiji era. However, it was only temporarily called “Tamma” because the Russian Empire became noticeable in the country. There are almost no records because of the covert action, but the Meiji government also provided as much assistance as possible to the riots. The Meiji government was considering how to end the war even before it started. As a result, it was only a “temporary ceasefire”. Of course, it can be said that it was lucky that the whistle of the “temporary ceasefire” was effective, such as the Battle of the Japan Sea. However, it is very unfortunate that the shadow people who played an invisible role in the Meiji government’s hard work to help the riots are not appreciated. That’s how effective domestic turmoil is. I think it is obvious that given the current size of Norway’s economy, it is impossible to include the elimination of enemy leaders and internal unrest as options.
So what is the military alliance of 3)? Norway has decided that it is impossible to defend itself as a single country from the beginning of its founding, and is currently a member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). Therefore, the only way to reduce the probability of war is friendly diplomacy, but this is completely ineffective. In the Philippines, where President Marcos was ousted, the largest U.S. military air base in East Asia at the time was withdrawn, and the Philippines, which was considered a friendly country (in fact) at the time, withdrew from the military alliance. However, as soon as the United States was expelled, China occupied the Philippine islands and turned them into bases. There is not a single friendly country around Japan. If the Japan-US Security Treaty is canceled, it will be necessary to be prepared to cede Okinawa, Amami, Minami-Kyushu, Hokkaido, Tsushima, Sado, etc. However, there is a political option to deliberately use tactical nuclear weapons (where the enemy does not use tactical nuclear weapons in places to be controlled) to induce the world to become an enemy, and to maximize the risk probability of the other country.
Norway is the leader of NATO, but on the other hand, under the slogan “Russia is the benefactor who provided the greatest support for Norway’s independence”, it allows Russians who have entered Norway to settle down. Russia is directed to be a friendly country for Norway. Norway is a place that makes hard efforts even in places that have almost no effect on reducing the probability of war.

If you are unsure about a choice in life, it is better to choose the one with a higher probability. If the probability is 50%, it is better to take on the challenge. When taking on challenges, they tend to work hard and have a higher chance of success, and even if they fail, they tend to give up. On the other hand, if you don’t take on the challenge, it’s common for you to regret not being able to be proactive forever.

The choice of life and death is not a probability, but a person who has the possibility of living no matter how low the probability is.
But life has a price. There is no such thing as life that all people have equally. Also, the price of life varies depending on the country you live in. If many people will become victims of it by living yourself, you will need to choose to stop living.
If the elimination of the leader of the enemy country’s centralized power reduces the risk of war by 50%, there is a person who seriously thinks about “assassination”, even if it means exchanging my life. If the opportunity arises to choose it, I will choose death without hesitation.
